Isn't it crazy that I'm sending a card to a dentist's office to tell you . . You are the best and I miss you.
I wanted to let you know I had my first dental appointment down here (I've been putting it off). When the dentist did the check of all my teeth he said "It's not often I see this quality work down here. I'd like to look in your mouth just a little longer to appreciate it."
The dental technician today during the cleaning said "Someone has done some very fine work on your teeth!" If I had the money, I'd fly back every 6 months to keep you as my dental office. I miss the quality of your care for me and my whole family. I miss all of you!!

When I arrived in Michigan in 1976 as a newlywed I was scared to death of going to the dentist. The dentist I visited growing up was very "old school" - I didn't even know anesthesia of any kind was used for dental procedures. I had many painful experiences. A nurse I worked with recommended Dr. Hechtman. That was 32 years ago and I have followed Dr. Hechtman from his office in Sterling Hts. to his current office in Walled Lake. Despite the 45 minute drive I would not consider going to anyone but Dr. Hechtman. I have had many procedures over the years and have never had any pain. He and his wonderful office staff are as kind and compassionate as they can be.

We had gone to the same dentist in Livonia for 30 some years. Then we moved to Commerce and kept going into Livonia. But my husband was having some problems with his teeth and we were running back and forth all the time and our dentist couldn't get the problem fixed and he didn't seem to care that things were not working out.

I just wanted to thank you for the care you have given my daughter and myself over the past few years. I came to your office after a recommendation of an orthodontist, Dr. Hersch. Dr, Hersch knew of an awful root canal experience I had with my past dentist. He assured me that Dr. Hechtman would be the dentist for me - treating me with exceptional care that was pain free. More importantly, Dr. Hechtman and his staff treat patients with respect, realizing many of us would avoid dental care because of our fears. After 2 minutes, she fell in love with Mary and LOVES to go see her - especially when Mary lets her assist taking care of mommy's teeth!. She even described having 4 baby molar cavities filled at one time as an exciting experience and thinks Dr. Hechtman is so nice!. Don't Ever Need Treatment I Sincerely Thought

I just went to Dr. Hechtman's today. I had a new crown put on. Before there was a huge gap. It fits very good with no gap. I've noticed Dr. Hechtman is very precise, more than any dentist I've ever been to. If something is not right he works with it until it is right. I'm very pleased with the crown and his work. He is very easy to talk to. His staff make you feel very comfortable and right at home.

Several years ago I developed some problems with my gums. My dentist decided that I needed major gum surgery and the specialist in their office confirmed that. I asked for another opinion. They brought in another specialist for consultation who also indicated that this was a must. The idea of the terrible ordeal was hard to accept. As a final opinion I called Dr. Hechtman. Dr. Hechtman checked me out and told me that he could prescribe a treatment that he and I would follow, and if I did my part I did not have to have any surgery. We followed the regimen; it was completely successful and my gums have been fine ever since. Dr. Hechtman saved my gums and my sanity.
